We all know that as our skin ages, it gradually loses moisture and elasticity. It becomes thinner and fragile. Genetics matter but you control 80% of your skin’s destiny. You can’t avoid the normal changes, but you can hold them off if you treat your skin right.

Here are a few things you should be aware of….

Keep your skin hydrated with a hydration serum.  Everyone can benefit from  additional hydration to perform optimally, regardless of your skin type.  Use a broad Spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. Regular exercise increases the blood supply to the skin. Avoid dehydration – drink plenty of liquids. Moisturize your skin, top to bottom. It will take a few minutes extra but you will be amazed what it will do for your skin Removing dead skin cells with a dermabrasion paste is encouraged for cell renewal. We all love scents that smell good but stay away from scented skin care. Stay out of the sun in the middle of the day if you can.
