Try sleeping on your back if you can. Lying on your side or your stomach causes parts of your face to be pressed against your pillow. This can cause chin, cheek and forehead lines. Try a bamboo or silk pillow case if you sleep on your side. Your face can glide instead of being pressed into your pillow.
